Kelly Droege is a natural capital investment professional with more than 22 years of experience in forestland investment, specializing in underwriting, investment strategy, asset management, and investor advising.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Chinook Forest Partners, Kelly helped build the firm from inception into a forestland investment platform supporting more than $1 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, he worked with International Woodland Company, a Copenhagen-based global forestland investment advisor, where he managed investor portfolios across North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Russia.
Kelly brings deep expertise across the full investment lifecycle — acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and investor reporting — with extensive experience integrating carbon and conservation considerations into investment analysis.
